Victoria sponge: For 3 sponges use 1 and 1/2 of the measurements below.
2 tsp Baking Powder
225g Caster Sugar
225g Self Raising Flour
225g Unsalted Butter, softened
Buttercream: (hummingbird Bakery’s)
500g Icing Sugar, Sifted
160g Unsalted Butter, Softened
50ml Whole Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
Your choice of Jam
